Xiao Zhang is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in Hydrology at the Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School, institude of Environment & Ecology. His research interests include climate change, water system model, watershed sustainable development, water-food-environment nexus.

He join the i-Ecoclimatology group, use of process models such as CLM-5, WRF,etc., combined with deep learning algorithms to simulate regional and global water-food-environment interactions.
