Zhaoyu Dong is a PhD candidate in Environmental Science and Engineering at Tsinghua University Shenzhen International Graduate School. His research interests include climate change, soil-water relations in the cryosphere, carbon-water-energy coupling, machine learning, and global climate models. Currently, he is using CESM and satellite remote sensing data combined with a variety of deep learning methods to simulate the cryosphere carbon-water-energy coupling process.
